BrightHR

BrightHR is a human resources management app with which you can manage everything related to your company's workforce, including payroll, vacations, shifts, personal information, documents, etc.

Absence planner, documents and more

You'll see four sections at the bottom when you open the app. The first is Employees, where you can view a list of employees and carry out tasks. The second is Planner, where you can view the calendar and manage each employee's absences, including approving them and viewing the absences for a given day.

The third icon is Notifications, which lists any changes requested by employees. Finally, you can store files in the Documents section, such as each employee's contract, payroll, etc.

Available for the rest of the employees

The app is available for both HR workers and the rest of the company's employees. Employees can view their personal documents, submit vacation requests, and review other colleagues' absences to avoid overlap.
